I’ve searched everywhere and can’t seem to find out what bulb I need. It’s just the light for the fuel gauge section that’s out. All shops I have been to just tell me to take it apart to find out but I don’t really want to have to dismantle it more than once. Thanks in advance

Replace Dashboard Lights? says that:- 6. The bulb holder is a B8.5D, and the bulb size is V-2 T5 (all are the same size).

Thank you. Had the car 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve struggled to find out what I need haha!

Must have a better garage down there, I don't even bother trying in Manchester, I just source my own parts and get them fitted. Nowhere even has an oil filter that fits without taking half the car apart except a ex-daihatsu garage and I'd rather pay £6-7 then £28! :p

So I can’t seem to find anywhere that has the same bulb and holder codes as this (Halfords had some with similar code but weren’t sure). Anyone know if there are different codes used, or has a picture of the bulb/holder so I can compare? Thanks

They don't seem to use the 'V2' part, I can find them on ebay/amazon with 'b8.5d bulb t5 dashboard' and all the results look identical, I haven't actually seen one of mine out though. Color varies, I'm not certain if ours are white or amber. This is what I think they look like, according to the results, and it matches the pictures on the LED replacement kits from Japan.
