Some photos from change denso BOV to HKS super SQV IV closed (return to airfilter)



I have build in it closed returned to airfilter, because open valves are permitted in germany.
No MOT..etc.

 

first remove the plastik cover from the motor 2x10mm screws and you can lower it from the windowside.

You can see the denso BOV ..

 

you have to short cut the pipe to airfilter a little bit and change the right tube to a 19mm tube.

 

at last put the plastic cover back again..and smile..
more evenly incredible boost from 2000 rpm .smooth.

No cutouts. and sound is not so irritating as drive it open..

 

Hello shane. you can order it from HKS with the spring...my sqv ist complet for Copen..without ....universal it is unlike cheaper.

HKS - Super SQV IV

 

71008-AD007...but you need an 19mm piece of tube..in the bag is a 22mm tube to drive it open connected to the screw from the battery holder.But open you get no return signal from the airfilter for the ecu.. sounded good but more petrol and flattering.. in the last picture you can see, there is a dead end prop in the loaderair.
So the circuit is close..only need one small tube to motor..is in the box with filter too.
