I was thinking about that but then I wouldn't be able to touch the peddles in the bat mobile, Way to long!

I was originally going for ice white but now I'm thinking, if I was to change colour, I would need to lif the engine and strip all the inside to spray the floor and so on. I'm thinking now just to spray it back to original silver. Really wanted white but from how long its taken me to get to this stage, can't be doing with a longer time.

Is there a dent in the passenger side door? Painting it a different colour with all the extra bits is probably a lot of work
Will you do any engine upgrades to match the looks?

I was thinking either Astra vxr blue or ice white. I have come to a brick wall of trying to squeeze 200 brake out of her. The brick wall is gearbox and clutch. Everything else is easily sourced. Once its done, I'm going to measure up and see what other engines will fit in her that's not Kei. Going to be hard but if it's not to much custom work, will go for it.

did start engine mods but not worth carrying on as not going to get the power I want.

Hey nothing wrong with a mad scientist exploring options no one has explored before. If I crack how to get 200BHP out this little engine, you lot will be the first to know so you have the option to get some more horses out you Copen's. It's capable of handling it with a few uprated parts.

You could install a 1.5L engine (3SZ-VE) like I did. (Modification section)

HM mmm very interesting. Will read up on this later once back from work. Did just get some good news so might not yet have to give up on the little 700cc but going to read your post.
    thanks.

I have the 1.3 naturally aspirated version, no extra HP for me :D
I could not even fit a turbo if I wanted, our MOT (Tüv) would almost certainly say no ;)

To me, 200hp sounds like too much for the engine, the durability will probably be drastically lower unless you rebuild the engine with upgraded pistons etc.

I have already talked to someone about pistons, rings and rods, know what ecu I would go for, know what injectors, I would custom make a manifold, already souced a 200bhp turbo. I didn't buy the pistons straight away as I come to a brick wall but got some good news today and hopefully once the cars on the road, got someone who can do the last bits for me. Should be able to run more that 200 bhp but between 190 and 200 is the aim.

Sounds good, im curious how it will turn out.
With 200hp you will probably be a lot faster than 90% of the cars on the road :D
Did you also think about suspension, braces and the likes?

suspension I see but will be the last thing I think about as they are nearly 900 pound a set of 4. Once I get the go ahead on the gearbox then I will buy everything in and do the conversion myself.
