Tell me, am I the only one here whose Copen is his ONLY car? I see that lots of people only drive their Copens on weekends or holidays, and have a more conventional ride for going to work and shopping. I don't have the luxury of being able to have 2 cars. For one thing, pensioners here get free car registration, but only for one car. So, if I have two cars, I have to pay full rego on one of them. And anyway, there's only room for one car under my carport. It means a pretty significant lifestyle change for me, as I got accustomed to carrying a lot of stuff around with me over the years. Not any more. I am limited to the little space given me by the divider in the boot. I found there's room for a wheel brace and a blanket under the "windowshade". That's about it. A friend who's a sculptor will probably help me make some kind of luggage rack attached to the boot lid. I don't mind the inconveniences; the Copen is just so unimaginably fun to drive, it's worth all the sacrifices. Something non-Copen-owners wouldn't be able to understand.
The Copen is my only car. If I need a bigger car, I can use my housemates. Only ever driven his car once in the last 4 years, to get a Copen bumper from the post office.
That reminds me, I did bring my 60" television home from Aldi in the back of the Sirion (half of it stuck out the back). I guess it's not that big a stretch to do it in the Copen.
