So I've been looking around for the D Sport air filter as I hear it gives a nice sound and better response and came across this:

At under £40 I thought this was on. Know of any cheaper? Worth doing?

Then a few other items caught my eye ;) There is the D Sport pipe kit:

    The D Sport intercooler:

And finally the D Sport radiator cap:

Are any of these worth getting from your experiences? Does anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Hope this helps others who might also be interested.

I've just fitted the D Sport intercooler, air filter and intake pipework to my Japan Spec 660cc Copen. Same kit as per your links above

I'm very pleased with the increase in performance. It's definitely quicker and more responsive with less lag. Mine's automatic so it's a bit sluggish from 50-100kph - but it's taken a scarecly belivable 1.7s off the 0-100 time! Kick down feels quicker, it revs more freely and consequently sounds a bit better. It already had a D Sport exhaust and a (dirty) air filter so I'm rather surprised by the degree of improvement that appears to be caused by the pipes and intercooler alone.

It took me a few hours to fit it all, but despite the instructions being in Japanese, there are a few pictures to help and it's not very difficult at all. The most awkward job was removing the trim clips to get the bumper off (see manual for light replacement)

I have the D Sport ECU/plugs and metal covers on order - I'm expecting even greater things!

BTW I ordered them via Jesse Streeter, he's been excellent - helpful and responsive and with quite reasonable fees; I'll use him again - no question.

    Regards
    Andy
