    Hi all,
What is the general opinion on seat covers.
Practical, yes, but not sure, I have seen a set of red seat covers on ebay, for Daihatsu cars, though have my doubts whether they are purely for Daihatsu. Just that getting in and out of my Copen, it is hard not to keep brushing on the side bolster of the seat. When I bought my Copen, the dealer had a tear in the side bolster of the drivers seat repaired for me. Brilliant repair, you would never know. But I worry about it happening again. Are seat covers a bit naff in such a car or?
    Regards

I know of some german shops that do perfect fit seat covers for the copen, but the homepage is not available in english and they do not ship to UK. From what I've heard they are good.

Stay away from "one size fits all" seat covers

    In a word - Naff.

The fact the dealer had them fixed should give you an indication of how easy and reasonably priced it is. Ask him to replace the alternator and see what he says.
