Well i have had my Copen for less than a year and it was rust free but after driving to work in all that rain we had a few weeks back i noticed some bubbling paint on the arches and to the front and top of them.

My Copens a 2004 so is outside the corrosion warranty so i had a little panic until a mechanic friend of mine recommended to me a body work guy who works out some garages behind is property, any way to cut a long story short he stripped back the arches removed the rust, use some anti-rust primer etc etc. and repainted them, they look as good as new and he only charge a £100! Next job is to lather up the Waxoyl and try and keep them clean from now on.

So if anyone is in a similar situation and lives in the Bournemouth area then PM me and i can highly recommend this guy.
