It's back! I had the rust dealt with on my rear arches back in January but the blisters have come back. Has anyone had similar problems and found a perfect fix? It looks like the front wings are bolt-on but the rear's look like part of the chasis.

When you say "dealt with" do you know what they did?
Did they just treat the rust or cut it out & put new metal in?

The front wings are bolt on, but the rear is welded.

I was told it was a chemical treatment of the rust, Unfortunately it was friend of friend who did the work as a favor so I can't really complain, he did respray all 4 arches and the bonnet for £50!

    Okay, i see.
The only real way to cure is to cut out effected steel, weld in new steel.
Re-paint & rust protect inside the cavities.
