Hi, I have a 2006 copen 1.3 with the roof stuck and boot wont open, I have seen I can bridge two pins in the obd socket but don't know which pins, anybody point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I’m also interested in this ecu bridge, recently brought a Copen for my partner and the boot won’t latch or shut, the roof light is solid and am desperate to find out the error code!

There is another thread on this forum I posted a list of the fault codes.
Trouble is you need to short the pins to get the car into diagnostic mode, so you can reset it.
That is the one I am missing.
Mine turned out to be a broken wire where it plugs into the Roof ECU.
Perhaps carefully undo that plug, its in the boot, and push it back in. Do that a few times to make sure the pins are connecting.
While you are there spray some CRC or the likes around so it stops the moisture.
If that works the boot will close but the roof may still not work.
In my case it was a power problem, but I already knew that because I had diagnosed it before. Just lucky I found the wire.
I still had to reset the roof though.

    Update!
    I found the Pin No's.
    Its 4 & 13.
It was on a post from someone else diagnosing another problem.
    I hope that works?

    Hi guys
I'm also having trouble with the roof light being on solid.
is it defiantly pins 4 and 13.........someone posted pins 4 and 12.
Also what damage can be caused if I was to plug into the wrong pins.
just a bit worried before I go ahead and try.
    really would appreciate any reply's.
