ok so it was nice today so i decided to go for a drive in my red copen with the roof down and i got alot of looks like oooo errrr and some from the girls plus i had a crappy corsa behind me with a guy about early 20's with some blonde girl in it and as i got onto a roundabout he drove along side me about 30mph with his window down the said "i really like you car its brilliant!" and gave me a thumbs up LOL im 28 btw and this is the first time i got to drive the copen today with the nice weather as i got mine beginning of winter.
I would have loved a two seat convertible when I was 28 but sadly I needed a more family friendly car back then. Not much room for a wife, baby and a buggy etc in your average drop top. Got one now that my kids are grown up but the wife isn't too keen and prefers her people carrier. It has to be very hot before she will go for a roof down drive and of course no wind.
dwayner sort of wishing we had your cool weather at the moment. we are experienceing a long heat wave, mostly around 30 degrees, every day, and its going to be the same for most of next week also, getting warmer as it goes.. took the copen to the beach last night, at sunset around 28 degrees - bring on winter!!
