    Hi Guys,

    Just wanted to introduce myself.
4 weeks ago I bought a Ferrari red Daihatsu Copen out of the showroom with 48km on the count... it is from 2006, but I had a great deal on it.
the seats are 2 tone red/black

what I already changed to the copen:
    - 2 DIN Radio/GPS/DVD with reverse camera
    - Parking Sensors
    - Foot lights mounted
    - ordered black flormats with a red line around it, and my name on it.

*now waiting for a tonneau cover to arrive (bought on ebay)
*wanting to change the key to a key with remote in 1... so that it takes less space, but also to open the top by remote
    *wanting to upgrade the speakers
*and maybe upgrade the exhaust for more sporty sound

and that would be pretty much it...

So I'm looking for the Copen car workshop Manual, to see how all wires/ecu works, so that I can automate my roof opening proces :) , anyone has a direct link?

    Hello Jaromir and welcome.

I'm sure I read something on one of the other Copen sites (listed on the directory tab), that suggests it is possible to remotely open and close the roof. The biggest obstacle is the mechanical one of operating the roof catches. If they were redesigned using solenoids, I think it would be possible. You would still need a control system, but this could be done using a PIC controller.
