:-((It seems my Copen is a little ill its making a winding and hushing noise; it doesnt sound the same anymore with only 65k. It is running a bit rich too but Im wondering if its the turbo on its way out. Has anyone experienced this before. What are the common mechanical problems you all have experienced with your Copens?

I'd be looking for a split intake pipe somewhere probably after the turbo. Any loss of power?

Sounds like turbo gone or on its way out. I have the same problem at the moment so in the middle of a turbo rebuild and in the mean time, made sure I done an engine flush and oil change so when my turbo comes back, will be a simple job of bolting it on and away I go. I'm going to start doing my oil changes every 2000 miles just to make sure no crap is left in my engine.

Don't make any assuptions or guesses.

What goes wrong with one vehicle is not the same for another.

As said above, boost leaks on the pipework rubbers is a first port of call.

Then a little data logging to see what is working and what is not so hot.

Easy to open the wallet, but it only closes when its all sorted!
