Well it was mot time again and our little car passed with no problems at all. Had an interesting chat with the tester regarding the emissions and the catalytic converter. As he was explaining it to me, you could in theary remove the catalytic converter and pass the mot no problems, something to do with the age of the car and his uncertainty as to whether or not it’s an import. Now I’m not saying “go on take it off, you’ll be fine”, but In his words you could remove it and still pass the mot emissions test. Might get you a few more ponies DR
