I was wasting some time on my computer, and found these interesting two (although older) pages which I share here FYI: (1) The Manufacturing Report Handing down artistic skills while producing high-quality automobiles Daihatsu Motor Expert Center By Masanori Yamamoto, Journalist (2) Another Copen review
Wikipedia FYI. I noticed that Wikipedia has a Copen article where an older Top Gear review is mentioned. However the article text made it sound like if the Top Gear review was negative. I watched the T.G. episode and it has mostly positive points, thus decided that the old Wikipedia text was incorrect, and corrected the Wikipedia article. P.S. Does anyone know what that Man vs. Car event Wikipedia mentions is?
I think Copen looks a bit like... As this area of Copenworld is called "general chat", I wanted to share a thought that is not purely technical Copen-related material. I like vintage (or even just plain older) cars and find interesting what designers were trying to achieve over the years. I often run into some cars (either in real life or on the internet) that I find somewhat related to the Copen's design. Today I was lucky to see a real-life 60's VW Karmann Ghia (black and deserving some restoration but still beautiful) and this did it! I decided to share my current list of cars that, I THINK, LOOK related to Copen's design. The Audi TT is NOT one of them. So here goes the list, I hope you find it... entertaining: the 1934 Belchfire Runabout (http://goofy313g.free.fr/calisota_online/cars/index.html) the 1949 VW Beetle Cabrio (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:2005-09-17_VW_1303_Cabriolet_Karmann.jpg) the 1950 BMW/Veritas cars (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veritas_(automobile)) the 1951 AC Ace (http://www.supercars.net/Pics?v=y&s=c&id=2452&p=1953_AC_Ace2.jpg) the 1952 HWM (http://www.flickr.com/photos/elstro1988/4483311773/) the 1953 Ferrari 625 TF (http://www.supercars.net/Pics?v=y&s=c&id=614&p=1953_Ferrari_625TF1.jpg) the 1955 Porsche Spider (http://www.seriouswheels.com/1950-1959/1955-Porsche-Spyder-Blue-FA.htm) the 1955 Vernet-Pairard Automobiles (http://histo.annuaire-forums.com/t645-renault-4-cv-et-ses-derives#2836) the 1956 Sonett (http://www.conceptcarz.com/view/photo/223339,14207/1956-Saab-Sonett-Super-Sport_photo.aspx) the 1957 TVR Jomar (http://www.tvrmotors.eu/heritage/trevor-wilkinson-era/trevor-gallery) the 1959 Porsche 356 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:1959_Porsche_356A.JPG) the 1963 Karmann Ghia (http://www.cartype.com/pages/2062/volkswagen_karmann_ghia) the 1967 Vignale Gamine (http://www.mixe.demon.nl/gamine/index2.htm) the 1975 MG MGB (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:'75_MG_MGB_(Orange_Julep).jpg) the 1997 Marcos GTS (http://www.marcoscars.net/gts.jpg) the 2010 PGO Speedster (http://www.pgo.fr/models/speedster/index-en.html)
Very interesting post Cobilly. I think it's difficult not to see a little Audi TT in the Copen although I do think the Copen looks more like the Porshe of the 1950s. M.

It may look like I plan to collect all Copen reviews here, but I am not. Yet, to contradict what I just wrote, here is another one: http://jordantimes.com/index.php?news=33839
Keep 'em coming cobilly. This was a good review - i could have wrote it myself! I especially like a couple of of lines... "probably on course to becoming a future classic in the making." "the Copen can be a real man’s car, in that it takes a man secure with his masculinity and not worried about lesser men’s prejudices" Rex.
Security's Ahh Rex, I believe in your above statement your refering to the scientifically proven link between the size of a mans transportation, verses his applicable extremity?
Yet more links For the German-speaking amongst you... An interesting automobile comparison (by autochronisten) between Copen and ... well check it out yourself. From the little I understand, they did this as kind of a tribute, since Copen will soon no longer be available in Europe. And the original 2009 Copen test (also by autochronisten) which they mention at some point.
