    Hi all,

tolo68, a member of forum.micro-roadster.de, was able to gather numbers of registered Copens in some countries:

These numbers only show newly registered Copens, how many of those passed away in accidents cannot be determined.

At least now you know that here are well above 2000 Copens in the UK.
    ;)

Very interesting information. Any ideas where the information came from?

Interestingly, I registered my Copen in New Zealand in February 2011, but the table says zero Copens registered for that period. Maybe it's because Copens are not available to buy new here any more?

    Hi rushmere,

sorry, should have amended my article.
In the meantime tolo68 wrote, that the figures for almost all countries are not based on registrations but based on sales-figures. As you imported your car you cannot find it in the statistics.

Very interesting in the http://howmanyleft.co.uk/?q=Daihatsu+copen stats:
Definitely more Copens with 660cc engine than 1.3l engine in the UK.
In Germany the relation is vice versa, we have clearly more 1.3l Copens than 660cc Copens (I think due to the fact that 660cc Copens are RHD and 1.3l Copens are LHD).
