    Hi guys

Recently went to Japan with my gf and attended the Tokyo auto salon
My gf liked the brand new copen.... But we can't get them here yet
I bought her a white copen to learn manual on

Looking to share experiences and gather information from this forum

The car currently has a cold air intake and a flutter valve lol...
Car doesn't really have power on uphills !!!

    But first things first....
    1) need a 110,000 km service .. Planning to go to topone auto in arncliffe as they have worked with a couple of copens
    2) find out what max size wheels will fit on the copen,... From reading 4x100 max is 15" x 7" .... I was planning on buying Mini Cooper wheels 17" but need to know clearance ..
    3) eventually wrap the hard top gloss black
    4) install hb3 HIDs
    5) change all t10 LEDs
    6)install an ezylip

Hope to meet some of the sydney siders
    Cheers

If I was you I would stick to 16s max as you will have problems with a full turning circle. You will loose a lot of that as the wheels will rub. Its been a nightmare having to cut metal and brackets off and patching them up to get a good turn. Have a look.

how did you go with your service?

    Hi Robin,
I have just posted a message on the 'Introduction' page asking if anyone knows of a mechanic in Brisbane (or Sydney or Melbourne) who would have a clue about fixing the roof mechanism. Did you have any joy with Topone Auto? Did they seem like they knew what they were doing? Grateful for your reply. Sweet Patootie
