I had a very happy coincidence recently, driving through Ipswich in my 2 week old silver Copen. I was followed for about half a mile by a brand new grey Copen (both with 59 registration plates), both of us driving along with the top down, with the obligatory big grins on our faces. Now that must be a pretty unusual sight Even more bizarrely, I think it was the exact grey Copen that I was going to buy from my local dealer. I'd been to look at it late one day in August, and had arranged to go back two days later at the weekend for a test drive. The car had been sitting in the showroom for months. However, the dealer phoned me the following day to say someone had bought it straight after I looked at it! So, whoever you are, that Copen should have been mine
