Thought I could document this decade old Copen's journey of a new lease of life, now as track car.

Upgraded to a 286mm big brake kit and the wheel clearing the brake caliper is an issue. Avoiding to use a wheel spacer, end up hunted for a set of new wheels - 15x7.5J ET28

Anyone using fender flare/over fender for their Copen here?

the radiator core is still the OEM, just that both the end cap is changed from the brittled plastic to aluminium ones.

    D2 coilover for the handling

Wow, just looking at my engine bay makes me shrink back, you are serious man!
I just had to replace half my exhaust (AUD$650) - it was rotten because the car was just used as a toy by previous owners, so the condensation sat there. It's a 2002 model with just 41k. We used 1 3/4" so as to maintain some back pressure for the turbo.
    * Is that red air filter OEM? The air intake is something I might tackle.
Any advice would be appreciated. Brian
