Please can someone tell me what the small push in/ fall off part between the front sill and rear sill is called?!
Mine has fallen off and I need to get a new one but I don't know what to search for!

Do you mean the wind break? (I think that's its function when the roof is down)

I don't know what they call it but managed to pick one up from a local breakers yard. Try emailing Gaz on eBay - he's got a few Copen parts for sale.

I can't remember whether the clips are top and bottom or left and right. Either way, one of mine broke but some double sided tape sorted it out. There's also a foam seal covering the hole in the sill that you may need to replace.

    Good luck.
