Anyone know what it should be, or if it can be adjusted?
Seems (to me anyway) to be quite fast when 1st started & on choke.
Once warmed it sounds normal & runs really really well, but thinking maybe like my bike, maybe there is an idle ajuster to bring it down a touch?

    Thanks,
    2Big

It is supposed to idle high when cold - mine always been like that.
it has an automatic "choke", so im not sure it can be adjusted.
but idling should be around 1000 rpm once it is running at normal tempreture
    I wouldnt worry at all.

This would be controled by the cpu, and is very unlikely to be adjustable. These engines are small which means they will always idle a little faster than average. Don't worry about it!

Mine seems to run about 600 rpm when warm (1300).
I suggest you check the throttle cable to make sure it is slightly slack when at the rest position. If there is some tension, it could be keeping the throttle open slightly.

Mine Idles at 1600-1800 when cold and 650 when warm. I guess its normal for the K3-VE Engine
