    hi, if like me, you have extended your original three year daihatsu warranty, you may find for year six, you have to get one administered by the AA?

    i paid £200 per year for years four and five from my dealer, but understand the AA one is MUCH dearer;

    if you or your partner is a civil servant, join the civil service motoring organisation (CSMA), it costs about £20 a year, this entitles you to purchase a "car care plan" warranty for the copen which is around £130 a year, you can pay it up over 10 months interest free and its very comprehensive;

    i can recommend it as ive had one for my other cars for about 6 yrs now and had really good service, you cant buy it except via CSMA
