You would be better finding a Stainless exhaust manufacturer near you.
Your nearest Power flow exhaust supplier is:

    DUN LAOGHAIRE MOTOR WORX
    72A York Road
    Dun Laoghaire
    CO. DUBLIN
    Ireland TEL: 00353 1447 5248
    Email: dunlaoghaire@powerflowexhausts.co.uk;)

They should be able to build one for you in a day. They would need to have the car. You should also be able to choose the tip design you want & how loud you want it.

Ended up going to http://souhan.ie/ , which is in Trim.

Might have needed a new exhaust, seeing as it was rotten.

I've no photos of the new exhaust yet, but she'll be up on the ramp soon as I found an oil leak... And I am going to Hammerite a big part of the under body anyway.

i changed my whole exhaust system back in april coz the tips rusted and fell off while driving LOL... but i havent seen an exhaust that rusty before and also near the hole looks like someones tried a cheap job of wielding a piece of metal over it too the brown retangle bit that sticks out :D

Yeah, it was a terrible weld job, and was also rotten to the core. That one hole was one of many - so an entire new system was called for.

The mid box wasn't too bad, and could have been resused, but I still got it replaced. All in all (including emissions, brake shoes and a brake test) the cost was €425.

What I was surprised at was the emissions report (54k miles) - 0.02% CO, and 39ppm HC!

Edit: Oh, and the smoke that comes out of the new exhaust for the first few miles is fun - convinced a cloud was following me.

ScootyPuff passed the NCT (Irish MOT) - emissions are an order of magnitude below allowed levels!

Won't have to do it now for another 2 years, then after that, it's every year.
