I posted a picture of the Yellow Peril on another forum, and look what somebody did to it!! I'd probably drive it for the shock value, but I definitely preter her in yellow...
Yep, Pink doesn't work. Interesting to see you driving with the top down on a wet day, but did you really need the fog lights on?
Ah. In my defence, there was absolutely nobody else on the road, except my son and his friend who was taking the photos. We had a short break in the weather so we put the top down (and there was a lot of weather that weekend), and he told us to put all the lights on because it made a better photo. That's why. They went off as soon as we'd finished.
At the risk of upsetting rushmere, although REX is silver personally I would't have chosen silver, but I didn't have a lot of choice locally. Yellow would have been better. Having said that a few years ago I had one of those bright green VW Lupos - so maybe I'm not the best judge.
I'm not upset....honest...... :-(( Actually, I was originally going to buy a grey one, but someone bought it the day I was due to go for a test drive. I was buying new, so yellow isn't an option any more in this country.
Yellow is lovely and definatey nicer than pink Pikachu. My other car is a Fiesta in a sort of bright apple green. I do like bright coloured cars. M.
I do, too - I like colours that make a statement! Did you ever see those Volkswagen Polos that you used to be able to buy with each panel a different colour? I really liked those.
Yes, I remember those. There was one that I used to here for a few years. The owner must have sold it because it's been a while since I've seen it. I think they were painted with every colour available on a Polo for that particular year. M.
Pink is bad on anything. Oh and that is not even close to a day to have the roof up When the hail hurts or you can't wipe the rain away from your eyes, that's a roof up day
Haha that's created a great image in my mind! I've got a simialr mad hat with loads of brightly coloured "knots" all aover it, but I must save I have not been brave anough to wear it yet. I think the locals have enough trouble coping with the car driven by a long-haired maniac with high volume heavy metal blarring out the stereo.....not quite the image of the car
You ought to get together with my son! He and Mr P are clubbing together to buy me a good radio/CD/MP3 player for the Yellow Peril for my birthday, and he's trying really hard to persuade me to let him custom-make a new board for behind the seats with a sub in it... I suppose if it was powerful enough, I could save a fortune on petrol. An Avenged Sevenfold powered car - now there's a thought...
