I'm interested to know if the Copen is your main car, your second car, your only car....etc. Vote now! I'll start with my own confession - I also own a Micra.
I also own a Ford Fiesta. My wife uses it mostly though. My other car is a campervan. I use it for weekends a way and a trip to France every year. The Copen is easily my favourite one to drive. M.
The Copen is my favourite too - by a very wide margin. In fact, I've barely driven the Micra since getting the Copen.
We also have a Saab 9000i (my son's), and a Matiz that is currently terminally ill with a broken clutch bearing. The Saab comes in handy for long distances, or when more than two of us want to go; the Matiz was handy for shopping etc, but now I have to use the Copen. What a bleedin' shame.
the copen is my main car but the wife uses wee 1.3 turbo tractor punto for getting up and down the motorway for work.
Considering that I haven't driven my Micra once since getting the Copen, I've now put it up for sale. If someone buys it, I can treat my Copen to some early Christmas presents. I think I'll start with a nice new radio
What, one that you don't fall over every time you get into the car because it sticks out so far from the dashboard? Let us know what you choose...
Other car is a 8 yr old yaris (with more miles on it than the starship enterprise)- which has the same engine and suspension as the copen - but not nearly so much fun
we also own a Kia Proceed a very fast coupe but not as much fun as the copen, we take it in turns using the copen depending on where we are going.
I have to make many miles each week, due to my job. I have two other cars, both somewhat unusual choises, these are: - a red Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4 (nicknamed the Tomato) - a 25-year old Audi 80. This is a very reliable car, believe it or not, nicknamed the Grandfather. It has less miles on its back than its age implies. While driving it I noticed there are too many old 80's in Greece, and I decided to make a site for them. The third car is this little devil, the Copen (no nickname yet).
'Bout other cars... Am in the books for owning 2 other cars other than the Ippie Copen. Mercedes AClass 160 and a Subaru Forester (after all especially this 2009-2010 this is snow-bound Scotland!
Well, the Yellow Peril is the only car that I actually own, but we have two others in the family - a Saab 9000i (great for family trips) and Bubbles, a Daewoo Matiz, which is actually a great little town car with a surprising amount of space inside.
Hi to all. At the beginning of my Copen time I had a Ford Focus ST (2.5 Turbo) for my daily ride, nice color, great performance on the road, but a "confirmed drunkard" At the moment I have a new Daihatsu Trevis Limited as my 2nd car You see, reduced to the maximum
Yes, A Volkswagen Golf Variant TSI DSG (a lot of letters I think ) I also own a motorbike (a Kawasaki er6n) Regards!
Big isn't always beautiful.... I am the proud owner of Clive my lovely Copen and also the much larger Toyota Aygo! Neither very good at shifting large pieces of furniture or for family outings, but they are fun!
The copen is a pampered toy in our household ( well garage) Everyday cars range from a fiat 500 to toyota Mr2 and an Mx5 and several old but immaculate Austin Allegros. Best fun to drive - without a doubt the copen. Reminds me of a classic mini to drive , only better.
I own a Hyundai I20 1,6 CRDI also. Very economical and fast, but not as fun to drive as Cornelia Copen.
If I may wander off topic briefly - Buckshot, that's a nice spider! (not a sentence you hear often...) Is it yours? I notice you list them as a hobby in your profile?
