My 2003 L880 appears to be leaking air under load through the blow off valve. Watched some videos on replacing O rings on other types of blow off valve…looks pretty easy…but have not seen it done on a Copen valve. Can it be disassembled to see if this is the problem? Do you just screw the cap off the larger end? Should the unit be stuffed, what can it be replaced with? Seen the Pusshun SS-R used…but have to import from Japan. Looks like an easy install job. Anything more locally available that I can just fit myself?
    Thanks all.

Should be able to use any BOV as long as its bottom flange connects, otherwise HKS has a SSQV kit and so does turbosmart specifically for the copen with everything you need to just replace the entire unit

You can also if you are in a bind, remove it and re route everything, lots of cars run without a BOV

    Thanks, Carl.
    I'll investigate those options.
I though valves for different cars might run at different pressures, so was after something specific for the Copen.
    Thanks.
