Daihatsu has been named the third best car manufacturer in the "What Car?" Reader Awards for 2010, just behind Skoda and Porsche. Even more impressively, the Copen came second in the Open-top category, with the Lotus Elise in pole position, and maintaining it's position from the 2009 awards. The awards are calculated from the 30,000 reviews left on the "What Car?" website, so this is an impressive result.
Impressive! And they do this well even without eyelashes ? Seriously though, if one compares this against the poor Daihatsu's sales results it only shows how economy and business results don't agree with average people's reality. I am Greek and I know.
