Daihatsu has launched a new Compact Car in Malaysia called the ALZA. The car has been produced in association with Perodua, in which Daihatsu owns a 20% stake. According to Daihatsu, the "ALZA" vehicle name is based on the Spanish word "alzar," which means to raise, boost, or lift, thus designating a vehicle that "enhances your lifestyle".
