I've just uploaded the Copen Owner's Manual on the directory page for anyone who is interested.

This is the UK manual that came with my Copen bought in 2009.

I hope it's useful to someone, because it took me ages to scan it!

No, it's much worse than that - I did it at home in my own time, while I'm on leave! ;)

anyone notice that this manual actually encourages diy.... any car I've had before with the manual it always says take it to a dealer or you might die.

    Very useful -thank you.

I don't know about DIY. Have you tried changing the oil filter? As far as I can see it simply can't be done from above!!

I suppose it's to be expeced on such a compact car. It'll be a garage for my next oil change. I did the last one but it was oil only, no filter change.

    Good day

    holla from Singapore.

I'm starting to do DIY servicing myself. Not only it save cost but it gives you a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.

Have done the ATF change, oil change, oil filter change, spark plugs but I can't seem to locate the drain valve bolt for the radiator coolant.

Can someone pm me and enlighten me on this?

    Hello, and welcome to copenworld.

It's good to have someone from Singapore as part of our little community. I shall be in Singapore at Christmas and I'm really looking forward to seeing what it's like. Are there many Copens around?

I'm afraid I can't answer your question, but maybe someone else can help?

    Greetings to Singapore Copens :)

No idea on the question, I let garages do my cars these days. I've done my time crawling around cars in the cold and the wet fixing them as a youngster. Now I pay someone and stay warm :)

I'm a Singaporean! And Copens are pretty rare around here. You see more Ferrari, Lambo and Porsche here, heaps of Japanese and Korean makes. Maybe you can PM me your email and we can arrange for a meet-up when you are in Singapore. Cheers!
