The speedo leather skin looks promising. If only I knew if it would fit without wrinkling :D

Practice on the centre glove box cover first!

I've a number of videos on installing those leather parts - search for "Copen Gaiter" on youtube.

    Get plenty of Uhu glue

I think I already have seen your videos. You are Nick, aren't you?
Have ordered the speedo gaiter. Hope it all comes together nicely.
Would spray adhesive be an alternative?

    Copen, no other car.
    Just another point of view...
Never ever EVER use UHU or any glue out of a tube - use double sided tape or minimal spray adhesive (and I mean minimal)
Remember that leather absorbs, stretches & stains extremely easily. Use a liquid glue and you'll f it up.

If I still had my Copen that front spoiler for £124 looks like a right bargain.

Temped with the spoiler but can't get carried away as our car is a right shed and need some underpinning work completing first.

The speedo leather came in the mail today. I think this will be a job for someone with a lot of patience, because it is no direct fit, not at all.
Will post an update as soon as I get the time to work on it.

Good luck with the speedo leather.
Worth asking the seller for tips.
If there is a big problem with getting a compliment fit perhaps a thin layer of foam may help.

    See for yourself:

I would never install such a chip.

As for the speedo leather: I have the ebay picture, I will try to copy their way of doing it.
