Im trying to buy a clutch cable for my RHD 1.3 Copen (L881) and getting confused with the correct part number. I know its going to be a pig to install! Ive been told 3134097403 is correct part. However, looking on ebay this number says it for the L880k (660cc) and I thought it is a different cable. Any advice
I Changed the clutch cable on my 660 copen and used 3134097403 so I can confirm that part number is for the 660. I cant confirm if the 1.3 uses a different one or not.
Thanks Afron, I found a garage in Bristol that says they have fitted this 403 cable to a 1.3, so it appears there is only one cable type for both engines. I find this very surprising! I'll create a new post with their contact details as they have been very helpful in finding spares. They say they offer fitting and do it without removing the dash / airbags / steering wheel etc. as reported by others. For reference, the price of the cable was £102.
