So, I was driving Torito Rojo down the M6 yesterday, coming back from my sisters house (where I had been showing off my lovely new Copen of course), and White Van Man scooted past me with his passenger hanging out the window trying to identify the badge on the front of the car. Clearly a "what the heck is that?" moment. Should I expect many such moments in the future?
Right. Not only "Classic", also "Typical" Copen moment. However, I really hate it when people mistake the slanting D mark as Hyundai, which has a slanting H mark.
I don't tend to get too many strange looks any more locally. Maybe its because I drive it too much! Rex
It's quite normal. I've had people asking what it is when stopped at the lights. After a while you don't even notice all the attention the Copen gets. M
I did have a small boy pointing and tugging his parents arm today, whilst he was crossing the road in front. Problem is I'm sure he said something about Noddy - Where do you get those blue hats??
I live in Oldham, so most people are too stoned or hungover to notice it. The rest are either texting or in a world of their own so don`t really get any turning heads.
I was in a supermarket car park. A young girl, probably around 6 years of age, said to her accompanying female adult "Look at that car. I want one of them when I am big." The adult replied " don't be so silly." The child replied " It would be fun to have a car like that." I thought "way to go girl......."
*like* I reckon people feel old because they forget to have joy in things like children do. I like to jump in puddles, and kick piles of leaves around, and I hope I always do.
