Hi Adam, I am sure I read about a meet in the Essex area in September but I cannot seem to find it in any of the posts, do you remember it? Have lots of photos of my Copen and its mods but cannot find the USB cable to download them, will keep looking and post them when I find it. You may be interested to know that "Babe" has recently passed the MOT with no advisories and currently has 100400 miles on the clock is there a Copen in the club with a higher mileage?

North Essex Rag Tops are attending car shows every weekend up until the end of September. Nertman can give you all the details. We attend about one a month at the moment with our Copen and Nertman has his Copen there almost every week. At times we have 3 Copens together. The show in Birmingham is where you will see the most other Copens - you could always make a weekend of it!
Member Dwayner has got higher mileage. Can't find the thread with it on though. He's in Australia, yours could be the highest mileage member car in the UK. Out of interest, do you know if your Copen has ever had a new turbo?
Hi Adam, I have no idea if the turbo has been changed but I have two spares just in case, I also have a complete car(Cat C damaged) with 43000 miles on which is my source of any spares I need. I have fitted front spoiler kit, side skirts, leather kit inside like yours(Black with red stitching), stainless front grill, clear rear lights, rear spoiler, chrome trim rings on the vents, chrome seatbelt guides, DRL's clear rear fog light (With red bulb) The car is Silver with red leather interior (So is my spares car) When I can find my USB cable I will post some pic's

Thanks Adam, I think so also the clear rear fog completes the look, I am not sure about the boot mounted brake light in clear it may be a step too far what do you think? I love what you have done with your car too!!
The bonnet ornament was listed on E-bay not sure what it was made for but it is a genuine part, my bonnet had been de-badged and I thought this would be different (It is self adhesive, so no holes)
Didn't notice that! Yes that works. Have you put a red bulb in it? Is that okay for the MOT? Always wondered about that as it's a good mod. I'd go with the UE clear middle brake light. It'll work well against the silver.
Yes there is a Red bulb in the clear rear fog light and it passed the MOT with no problems (All you need is a reverse lamp from a left hand drive and this fits perfectly) I am still thinking about the clear high level brake lamp. I will post some photo's of the DRL's off and on.
