Have just become an owner and the badges saying Copen look a bit neglected and in need of a good clean. Wondering if the badges are chrome and can be cleaned with eg metal cleaner or are they chrome plated plastic?
Seekaywun, Welcome to Copenworld & congratulations on your purchase The badges are chromed plastic. I went at mine with some metal polish. It did bring it up a little bit.
thanks for that. I was a bit worried in case I was too keen with the cleaning and polishing and took the chrome finish off if the badges were plastic. I will have to extra gentle with it.
