Well its been a fight but after 5 months my local daihatsu dealer has agreed to replace my rusty rear panels, took lots of arguing and phone calls but she goes in next week for 49 hours of work, (glad its free) so a big shout out to Mark campbell in derby.

Nice work. It pays to pester.
Get some cavity wax in the arches when the work is finished.

    Well done Neil.
49 hours, wow, that is a lot or work. It shows its worth keeping the inspections up-todate.

it was allready bubbling when i bought it, they never asked to see my bodywork inspection book (good job as there are no stamps in there) after reading on here about someone getting it sorted out of warrenty thought i would give it a go, paid of eventually so if you have rust arches and are out of warrenty try your dealer - you never know.
