The Copen was never sold in North America, and 2017 is the first year it can be imported to Canada as a "classic" of sorts, and it'll be 10 more years before it's US eligible.

I'm importing one in a few months- any fellow Canadians have advice?

Not a Canadian, but have a brother in Seattle and have toured Canada. Would advise getting a stainless exhaust system and have the car undercoated

Used to have a White Copen, but I sold it in 2023
Too bad you were not able to get them sooner, good luck with the import :D

It'll have to be a 2002 or early 03 (15 years old). I'll be importing direct from Japan, so 660cc, and manual. Any options or trims I should look for?

Other guys here are more knowledgeable about the 660cc than me. Only advice I have, focus on the condition of the car more than the extras.
