Hello fellow Copen lovers Quick question - does 0.7 model wing mirrors are the same as newer 1.3? Mine (2004) one got smashed :-(( and need to replace it, have found few on ebay but they do not specify which model it will fit so my guess it fits them all... Any ideas? Is it hard to fit them? Many thanks!
i believe they are pretty simple to swap over. The tricky part is taking the little plastic cover off, hiding the two screws. Once that off it's a case of undoing the two screws & disconnecting the harness.
Hi i i, I tried to unscrew the mirror in the driver side but after doing it and try to remove it I got stocked,the cable is going inside the door ....mmm...i m wondering if there is any way to get inside and disconnect the cable so I can place the new mirror, does anyone knows? I really need help, can't find nothing in Internet, if I manage to change it I will make a video and put it in YouTube for others like me
In mot in the user manual,I a that another manual? The one I have is in German :/ the girl that sold it to me bought it from germany there is no chance I can understard, where can I find this manual? In English?

Hi Ady_bod, Hope all is good with you. Looks like you're on the hunt for side mirror part numbers for your Daihatsu Copen - good news, I've got the info you need! For the left side mirror, you're looking at part number 87947-97202, and for the right one, it's 87917-97202. Pretty straightforward, right? Now, when it comes to buying these parts, I've had a lot of luck with this site: IMPEX JAPAN — online new genuine spare parts shop. Another option, though, is to give your nearest Daihatsu Copen ex-dealer a shout. They might have these parts on hand or at least be able to order them for you. Hi Shahram, Thank you for the parts numbers. From what I can see these are the mirror- glass only. Any idea if these can be replaced or needs a full mirror body with the glass.
Hi Ady, I wish I knew the answer. I would suggest asking an ex-Daihatsu dealer or a professional body shop repair. They should be able to replace the mirror.
