I would try disconnecting the battery and letting the power drain out of the car. Then reconnecting the battery and trying everything again.

I used to have tein flex Z coilovers. They were pretty nice. Didn't have any issues.
The offset is quite aggressive for a copen. I'd go max +35 for a 6.5j

I think without the black outline looks just a little bit nicer. Makes it look seamless and almost invisible if it remains scratch free.
