Did anyone else watch last nights Wheeler Dealers Trading up in Japan? On Discovery channel. Great show, first half he was looking to buy a Kei car. He bought a Daihatsu Tanto. Looked really good. He took it to a finisher who polished it with sea plankton! He then went to a car show to sell it. Some great cars shown including a blinged out Copen with lambo doors.
I only saw the last ten minutes when the alternator went on his Datsun. I'll watch out for the repeat now. I like the original W.D but haven't got into the trading up show. The AC Cobra they did up was a great car, I'd love to own one of those kit cars. Apparantly the show is a bit of a fix though. The people who buy the cars at the end are workers with the production company.
