Hi, just got first copen (turbo) a couple of weeks ago. When checking oil, it had been overfilled by about 3/4 litre. Drained it off and there was no obvious signs of smokey engine but noticed soot build up in tail-pipes. Is this normal or something sinister?

I haven't found a mechanic yet who hasn't overfilled the oil on my Copen either.
I always check it the next morning.
As for a sooty pipe. Mine is too. I'd say it's normal & not a problem.
