Check this out guys... very nice interiors for a racing ride! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjqNPIwyZdw&feature=youtu.be
ignorant question - how do they get different colour interiors? do they paint them or get someone to actually make another in a colour of their choice?
That brown interior looks original, it's pretty well perfect. The last car I had with a brown interior was a bongo-beige Austin Maestro. That was some car.
There is no other colour interior available in Japan either. They all are black just like UK specs. I know people paint interior panels as they are not too expensive like here. Or you can try with paint sprays
Yes some of it was car, the rest, well who knows with a fanny magnet like that! I bet the birds used to wolf whistle as you drove by in your coordinating anorak. Austin power he had, and Austin Powers he was
It wasn't a standard Maestro it was customised. It had the optional tartan rug on the back seat and an electric ariel that sounded like a coffee grinder in use. Topped off with the green sun shade strip at the top of the windscreen and it was a thing of beauty great beauty. I even had my name on the sun strip and the name of my latest squeeze above the passenger side. Dave & Bertha, happy days, I must get one for the Copen How about this one.......
