   2004 Copen imported to Thailand from Japan

   Now this is a bit embarrassing - I can't remove the oil filler cap. Is it normal for them to be hard to open on a Copen ? My worst fear is that it is cross threaded. I've only tried manually at the moment, I've not used too much force or any tools. Any suggestions anyone ?

   If it's still got oil in it you could try warming up the motor. That helps the one on my RAV4 when it's tight.
