    Hi all,

It's been a while since my last post, my daughter is now 8 months old so we are finding slightly more time to think about something instead of 3 hourly feeds and nappies!

My poor neglected Copen is sat in the garage, abandoned and dead since October 2016. I thought i would have time to at least charge him up and turn him over a few times but not so far. Ive been persuaded by my husband that there is no need to get rid of the car and that there will be plenty of times for me to drive it over the coming year, but im not convinced. Basically, Im posting here to try and get an idea of if its worth selling or of to just keep hold of it.

Silver, 0.6, 2005, 50k, red leather with walnut dash trim, 2 owners. No tax or MOT but i have no reason to suspect there is anything wrong with it so for less than £100 i hope it would be back up and running.

What's the going rate? Is it it worth keeping?

    Thanks in advance.

Used to have a White Copen, but I sold it in 2023
I know I would regret it if I sold my car at any point in time, so I intend to keep it until its a write-off :D But that's just my opinion

As a parent of a 4 and a 2 year old, I advise you to keep the car. It's only gonna get better timewise for you as the kid grows a little bit. Less than a year from now you'll be able to go out at night for a drink or something while your husband takes care of the little one. It would be a shame not to drive the Copen during those instances!

Thanks for the replies. I just can't commit to properly thinking about getting rid.

Is anyone able to tell me roughly what they are worth these days? I bought it in March 2013 for £4300 and it had only just done 40k so ive not really added much to it. Ive looked around on auto trader but then never really seem to move, it always seems to be the same ones up.
