Hey guys i have a noisy roof that rattles and squeaks every time I go over rough or uneven surfaces. Can anyone give me some tips to make the proper adjustments. I tried unlocking the roof and adjusting the funny multi-edge bolt by hand as shown on a previous thread and turned it clockwise a little as it didn't want to hardly move so I'm not sure if maybe I should use a tool or turn it the other way. Its the only thing that is annoying me about the car.
Maybe some rubber treatment? I've had good success with "Einszett Gummi Pflege". Needs reapplying every month, mind you.
