Thought it was about time I joined this forum so hello! I've owned my Copen for almost 18 months now and have yet to see another one on the road, they really are few and far between! Mine is a 2004 silver with red leather interior and I've taken it to several classic car shows this year where it always gets a lot of attention (I'm chairman of the local classic car group so thats how I get in. It's a lovely little car, dont think I'll ever sell it.
Welcome to Copenworld, Marymoo - great to have you along! Neville is also silver with red leather but is right youngster with masses to learn - has your Copen got a name yet???? Living in Bedfordshire I reckon you've got a half decent chance of teaming up with a few other Copenistas - Cumbria is a tad more difficult! Now the word's out, there'll probs be a few Copenworlders encouraging you along to a meet not too far from you - obviously something you love anyway! As Chairman of the local classic car group you certainly cut the mustard - five classics and maybe, one day, the Copen will gain that status. Enjoy your Copening!
Hello and welcome I'm a newbie myself, been a member for sometime but only had a Copen for 7 days and loving it. Copenworld is very friendly and a great source of advice and information, have fun
Than you both for the welcome! Yes, have got 5 classics that are on the road and I bought the Copen as I thought it's definitely a future classic too. Hasn't got a name although the other half calls it Ryzzo after part of the number plate! Would be great to meet with others too - I'm also thinking ahead to a car show I help organise so maybe a Copen stand would be nice!!! Marian
If people would like to come along then I'm more than happy to have a Copen stand. Show is on 12th June 2016, it's called Luton Festival of Transport and is the biggest classic vehicle show in Bedfordshire (about 1500 cars, bikes etc). I'll post details nearer the time on the events page to see what interest there is.
