My daughters copen front spring snapped. I got replacement springs KYB RA3309 which mapped to the daihatsu part no. But now the front is about 2 inches too high and the suspension is very stiff. these springs look correct when compared to second hand copen springs (6 turn about the right length). But the ones taken off were only 4 coils. as this is first copen, a couple of questions. How much of a gap should I see between front wheel and wheel arch? How stiff should the front be please? I suspect a previous owner may have changed something else (damper?) so the springs are incorrect. Or the springs just aren’t correct.
