We purchased our Copen in March 2018. My wife was travelling between Windhoek and Swakopmund to finalise the sale of our house. I was keeping an eye on our B&B and we needed to have two vehicles. We did not give it much thought and bought the car the instant my wife said she loved the cute little thing. Well, now we have it and our challenge now is to maintain it and service it regularly. Hopefully, we are going to be able to source parts in the future.

I assume you’ve got the 1.3 so sourcing most parts should be relatively easy. For everything else, there eBay.

One question though. Why have you been a member since 2018 but only just bought a Copen ?

Many parts for the 1.3 are sourceable from other cars, so the basic maintenance parts should be available.
Do you still speak german down there? Namibia was a colony called "Deutsch Südwestafrika" about 100 years ago
