    Hi everyone

I'm thinking of having a go at fixing the roof rattles ths week, following the advice of the thread in the Features section. Can you tell me, when you turn the hexagonal rod, are you supposed to turn it clockwise or anti-clockwise? Also, is the aim to turn it just one flat section at a time or a whole revolution (ie. until you come round to the paint mark again)?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

hi Debs, just reading your post here. Were you successful in working out the hexangonal bit and solved your rattles? I'm planning on doing the same, just hope it works. Steven

    Hi svllee
From memory (!) I turned mine clockwise, but you can tell if it is tightening or slackening when you turn it. Mine would only turn one or two whole revolutions anyway, but it has helped a bit.
