Hello my name is Tomas.I had an accident and i am looking for some parts for my daihatsu copen 1.3 (2007).The big problem is that i am from Greece and here in greece this car is extremely rare.I am huge fun of daihatsu copen so i didnt even think twice to buy it.I thought that i will never crash it because i will be extremelly careful.But you know some times that isnt enough,you cant control your luck.Nevermind,i was trying to find some new parts for my car but there are extremely expensive,sadly i cant afford it.So,I am looking like mad to find some used parts in European Union last days.Do any of you have any idea where i can find used parts in legit prices?I dont care about the country,the only limitation is the country must be in the EU(UK isnt problem for now too) so it will be tax free.
Hi Tomas, Sorry to hear about your accident. The UK eBay site is probably a good starting point. Just search for Daihatsu Copen car parts and you'll find bumpers, doors, etc. Lights and radiators may be more difficult to track down at reasonable prices but I'm sure if you post what you want on here we can help you locate most stuff. Your choices are pretty much limited to ebay or a former dealer. Find someone selling parts on eBay from a vehicle they're breaking and email them to see if they have the seal you're looking for. If they have it, they can then create a listing for it and you then buy it off them. Simples
SG Petch has a fair selection of parts, 2003-2007 Daihatsu Copen 659 Turbo 67bhp PETROL I don't see roof seal listed but they have all window seals and door seal so it might be worth asking if you can't find one, they have a request parts form on the site.
