Any of you guys know the water temp value of the Copen on normal driving condition? Mine is floating around 90'c to 100'c (observed from additional gauge) but on the dash it seems normal, was wondering is it abnormal to be at that value?
I can only speak for the 1.3L version, the OEM thermostat opens at 82°C or 80°C and the temperature usually stays around that mark as long as you drive. If you are in the city and constantly stopping, driving slowly when its hot outside the temperature is somewhere between 90° and 100° (the cooling fan kicks in at 100°C)
I've swapped to a thermostat that opens at 76.5'C. Ambient temperature here is around 35'C on average. It's a challenge to maintain a low operating here and I'm wondering what's the reading for the rest of the owners out there
