Can anyone recommend an upholsterer?

My 'Lil Devil's black fabric seats are looking a little worse for wear, particularly the driver's seat as the previous owner wasn't careful with their cigarette and there's a couple of annoying burn holes.
I've looked at buying seats from Copens that were being broken but it's proven to be a tad too expensive so now I'm thinking about the recovering route. Can anyone recommend a decent auto-upholsterer in the West Midlands area? Preferably one who does quality work at a reasonable price?

Or, failing that, can anyone recommend a decent set of third party seat covers?

Found these on Ebay that I like and which fit in with my black and red colour scheme but don't any idea of the quality or how well they fit.

Ok, in this instance I can tell you a definite and emphatic NO! DO NOT BUY THOSE.

I have a number of reasons, firstly that any seat covers that include REAR seat covers for as 2 seater car are not well designed, secondly there are no pictures which raises another red flag to me.

Thirdly, and this one is pretty good and a brilliant coincidence - it claims they are made in their factory on Hindley street, Stockport. They don't have a factory, they have a small warehouse full of boxes that are presumably shipped in. I know this because I've actually walked past it quite a few times, I'm about 1.5 miles away from it right now at my home. :p

The price it too low to expect a quality product, it probably will not fit correctly, which coincides with Mr Petrols observation that these seat covers are probably made somewhere far away :D
